Textile Time-out!
After several years of exclusively working in fabric mosaic and featuring animals, I decided to take a break and explore pastels. This piece was inspired by a recent trip to lovely Newport, Rhode Island.
I was so pleased that it was accepted to the Fine Arts League of Cary's Landscape and Still Life Show!

Excited to have my piece "Bernard" juried into the Fine Arts League of Cary 2026 Annual Juried Show!
Bernard is a Trumpeter Hornbill who is native to central and southeastern Africa. (He currently resides at the Greensboro Natural Science Center)

Nothing sheepish about Penelope!
Penelope was juried into the Yadkin Arts Council's 2025 art exhibition, where she will be on display through August 29th, 2025.
She is among an amazing and varied collection of artwork, representing artists from around North Carolina.
